By accessing or using the nabilog platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including individuals and organizations.

nabilog is a cloud-based petrophysical well log analysis platform. The Service enables users to upload LAS files, visualize well log curves, perform petrophysical calculations (VSH, porosity, water saturation), manage interpretation versions, and export results.

The Service is organized around an Organization → Field → Project hierarchy. Each Project corresponds to a well and may contain multiple LAS files and interpretation Views.

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

• All activity that occurs under your account

• Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload data that you do not have the legal right to use or share

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or system infrastructure

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations

• Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code

The Service is offered under the following plans: a free Sandbox tier and paid Solo, Team, and Enterprise subscriptions.

• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, in advance

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date

• Refunds are available within 7 days of the initial purchase or renewal; no refunds after 7 days

• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice

Enterprise pricing is custom and governed by a separate Master Service Agreement.

nabilog platform: The Service, including its software, design, algorithms, and documentation, is owned by nabilog and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes.

Your content: You retain full ownership of all LAS files, interpretation outputs, view configurations, and other data you upload to the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant nabilog a limited license to process and store Customer Data solely to provide the Service.

You own your Customer Data. You may export your data at any time from your account settings. nabilog will not access, use, or disclose your Customer Data except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law.

Upon account termination, you have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted.

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service:

• Solo plan: best-effort availability; no SLA guarantee

• Team plan: 99.5% monthly uptime SLA

• Enterprise plan: SLA as specified in the applicable service agreement

Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced at least 24 hours in advance. Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice.

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. nabilog may terminate immediately if you materially breach these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will be suspended

• You have 30 days to export your Customer Data

• After 30 days, all Customer Data will be permanently deleted

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nabilog shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

In no event shall nabilog's total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you paid to nabilog in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of the jurisdiction in which nabilog is incorporated, as applicable.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
